US orders are shipped via USPS.
Canada orders are shipped via CanadaPost.

US orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders ship within 5 business days. If you order after business hours, it may be 6 business days.
We are a small team with only 1-2 people running the web store, along with a full convention schedule. We sincerely thank you for your patience with your online order.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. The only exception is if you chose a lower cost shipping option that comes with no tracking.
Once your order has been dropped off to the postal service, I no longer have control of it. Shipping times can range from 1-3 weeks within United States and Canada, and 2-8 weeks for addresses outside of the United States. For international addresses, this shipping time does not include customs inspection times. Customs can add 1-3 weeks to an order's transit time.
I do not offer upgraded shipping in my checkout system. But if you require faster shipping, please contact me to see if we can make arrangements. Please note that upgraded or guaranteed shipping will have an additional cost.
For international customers, upgraded shipping times are not guaranteed due to length of time due customs processing may take.
Orders are packaged with care by hand. Smaller items (ie. acrylic keychains, enamel pins) are packaged in a Kraft bubble mailer or flat cardboard mailer and may be wrapped in bubble wrap. For larger orders with multiple small items, they may be shipped in a cardboard box. Posters, they are shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Please double check all nooks and crannies in the packaging and bubble wrap to ensure you have not missed anything. Some items may be hidden in the packaging. If you're missing an item from your order, please don't hesitate to contact me via my Contact Form.Please make sure to include the order number and details of what is missing.
If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, one of the following scenarios may be the cause:
- Carrier accidentally delivered your package to a neighbour. Please check with your neighbours to see if your package may have been delivered to them. Your postal service will usually as that you complete this step first.
- Carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unable to. They will usually attempt the delivery the next business day. Sometimes you will get a notification of the missed delivery.
- Sometimes a carrier cannot make their delivery on the specified date. Some carriers will mark a package as already delivered to make their service turnaround times appear faster. They will usually attempt to make another delivery on the next business day.
- Delivery of package is unsuccessful. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, but usually in this case, the package will be sent back to me. If the package is returned back to me, you may have your order shipped back out again as long as the shipping fee is covered.
- Your package was lost or stolen. There may be a possibility that your package was stolen or lost in transit. Please open up an investigation with your postal service and get in touch with me.
You will receive a tracking number when you receive your Order Completed email. If you have not received a tracking number, please send me a message using my Contact Form: Contact Me
Addresses can still be changed as long as your order has not entered the packaging and fulfillment process. Once your order has left my hands, I cannot change addresses or make any further adjustments. You may try to contact your postal service with the tracking number to see if they can possibly help with updating the shipping address if possible. If your package that is sent to the wrong address is returned to me. I will be able to re-ship your items out to you as long as the shipping fee is covered.
I can cancel and refund your order as long as it has not entered the packaging and fulfillment process.
All sales are final. So please be sure of your order before you place it.

I ship worldwide!
International orders may have taxes and duties accessed. Customs and duties fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of this when you order from the shop. You must also be aware of importing guidelines for your country as restrictions may apply. Some countries delay packages for customs inspection which may increase the time it takes for your package to arrive by 1-3 weeks.
All package contents and values are declared accurately. It is against the law to falsify this information and will result in fines and penalties for the seller.
International shipping may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks, and sometimes longer to reach your address. If your package is held for customs inspection, please add 1-3 weeks to this timeline. Your tracking number may stop updating as frequently once your package has left the USA. However your package is still on it's way.
I no longer grade pins as the rate of collector grade pins my manufacturer produces is extremely high. I will try my best sort my inventory and send out the best available pin at the time of your order. Please note there could be slight cosmetic imperfections, as every pin is hand made and there could be some human error.
